Two images of christmas. The surreally lovely snowmen currently lurking in Carnaby street and todays christmas cake creation. Strictly speaking it would have been better to apply the icing before devouring the first slices but it was irresistible… The taste conclusion was ‘more brandy feeding of the cake required’ but overall rather decadently delicious…
