Comments: (10 Weeks… and don’t ya know it) :  Not easy initially but picked up  pace towards the  end of the run.  Managed to recover a pace of just over 8 minute miles. Not exactly flying but definitely recovering and regaining momentum.

Comments: (10 Weeks… Holding steady/ hanging on) : Another 2 part run. Initially slower  at 2.3 miles and then mopping up  a total of 8 miles by the end of the second run. Felt tired before the run but energised during. Afterwards faded rather quickly feeling tired.  Body still not properly recovered from illness. Acclimatising to schedule is taking time. Trying to  sustain intended training… Going slow but clocking up the miles well . There is hope yet….
