Comments: (12 Weeks….) After a week of absoluyely no running, minimal food, minimal sleep and maximal malady, I’m now able to run again… albeit very slowly and not for long…. Compared with the febrile ineptitude of the last week this is both painful and (near) miraculous. How this enforced hiatus will affect my ability in 12 weeks is questionable…. From now on in I need to do the best with the training time that I have. Limited (or otherwise) as it may be. The main thing for today is managing to jog and not cough/splutter/ collapse (never a dignified way to move in public)
